Once a stereo is installed there is NO returning, we will offer warranty parts or you can send the unit back for repairs, if it is within your 1 year warranty we will pay for parts, labor, and shipping to and from. If you are past the year you will need to pay for these services. DO NOT INSTALL UNIT BEFORE TEST TO ENSURE IT WORKS PROPERLY, DO NOT INSTALL IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE ITEM, ONCE INSTALLED THE UNIT IS YOURS. No returns past 30 days!!!!
