If you believe any CADENCE product that you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact CADENCE for assistance. Upon inspection by CADENCE, should product repair or replacement be deemed necessary under this warranty to manufacturing defects, CADENCE will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product with new or re-manufactured product at no charge. The Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance, and proper packaging to prevent damage or breaking in transit.
