Speaker is brand new. Someone broke into our trailer and ripped the box apart while attempting to steal the speaker. In their attempt to steal it they scratched one of the ends where the carry handles are and one of the corners by the carry handles (2nd and 3rd picture). Spaker has never been used and was sealed int he box until the attempted theft. It was too large for them to fit out of the side door of the trailer and they gave up.
