Description The SMD QR-2 Quick Release Heavy Duty speaker box terminal cup is a great solution to 2 common problems.  One being that most terminal cups are very wimpy! Not this one! Rather than a very thin injection-molded unit like most others use, ours has a 1/2" body and 1/4" thick flange milled from 3/4" HDPE, this product will never crack or deform under pressure. The terminals we use are made of nickel-plated n52 neodymium magnets. They will never move OR leak! 100% Guaranteed not to "vibrate off" from any vibration of any sort. The next problem this product solves is, of course, removability! If you live in a place you need to bring your box in at night, or perhaps to make room in the trunk for other items, now you can do it in a snap! Shipped orders that are returned by the shipping company due to an insufficient address or an undeliverable address will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

All products that are being returned for Refund are accompanied by a

20% Restocking Fee

. The item must be in BRAND NEW Condition. No components missing (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request. Store credit could be used towards purchase of any products of DBs Car Audio's store.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be computed based on the unit cost. Products purchased with “Free Shipping” will have the UPS or USPS Rate deducted from their refund.

Return Procedure

Please message us for RMA procedures.Write the RMA number outside of the shipping box to where it is visible upon arrival. Any box without a visible RMA may result in refusal by our receiving department. Put the completed RMA FORM inside the box with your item. Any returned item without the completed form will result in delay in processing your request. Please send the item back to us in a standard shipping box with insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items during shipment of the package.
